This week we take a look at the "history" of an appointment. This often-overlooked feature documents the entire life of an appointment, and can provide useful insight when what happened with an appointment is unclear.
The last day of the year offers a unique opportunity to step into the future while still being in the present. There is no other day in the year that allows us to straddle time in quite the same way. It is a time for preparation and reflection. That’s why we like to spend part of this day reflecting on the year that is about to end before diving into the new one.
2019 was a fantastic year! Our company grew on all fronts. We added colleagues across engineering, customer success, and technical support, we welcomed hundreds of practices to our family, and we grew our platform through integrations with companies such as IDEXX, Asteris, and ZNLabs.
We made hundreds of updates to our software during the year. Some of the highlights include integrations with IDEXX, Asteris, and ZNLabs, launching our new schedule (arguably the biggest update to our software since it was launched), enhancing workflows with shortcuts and even more automation, and improving the way corporate groups manage records among their practices.
We are excited to build on what we accomplished during 2019 to help us make 2020 an even bigger success.
