This week we take a look at a convenient way to send clients documents to review and sign ahead of the visit - a feature we call "pre-visit documents."
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve partnered with Vetcove, the purchasing platform used by over 10,000 veterinary hospitals (many of whom are also our customers).
Our partnership includes an integration with Vetcove’s purchasing platform that automatically transfers orders placed through Vetcove into our software. From there, practices can easily receive the orders into inventory. The entire process is simple and quick. Vetcove’s services are also offered for free!
Vetcove’s founding story resonated with me personally because of the family connection that drove the need for innovation. In Vetcove’s case, the founders were the sons of a veterinarian. In my case, it was my brother that was the veterinarian. Understanding the problem first hand, focusing on solving that problem from the customers’ perspective, is the key to success. That’s certainly been true for us, and it certainly seem to be the case for Vetcove.
