This week we take a look at a convenient way to send clients documents to review and sign ahead of the visit - a feature we call "pre-visit documents."
Today we announced that The Cat Clinic of Greenville, a feline-exclusive veterinary clinic based in Greenville, South Carolina, selected our cloud practice management solution as part of a strategic plan to end its reliance on paper records and streamline operations.
“We used to rely on a schedule book and hand written files,” said Hannah Watford, Business Manager of The Cat Clinic of Greenville. “The process of collecting physical folders before each appointment was time consuming, sloppy and inefficient to say the least. Too much time was being wasted for staff to pull, organize, write, and put away folder after folder.”
“The number of veterinary practices that still rely predominantly on paper records is staggering but understandable given the historical lack of affordable and viable alternatives,” said Sagi Solomon, Founder and CEO of Vetter Software. “Hannah and her team understand the importance of leveraging technology, and in particular cloud technology, to streamline the way that the practice operates. I commend them for their foresight, and look forward to partnering with them for many years.”
Several legacy, on-premise solutions were evaluate, but Vetter Software was ultimately selected because of the advantages of its cloud technology, user-friendly design and pricing. “We looked around at some of the bigger names such as Cornerstone, but with our business being a small and personal one we really wanted something that fit our specific needs with ease of use and personal touches,” added Hannah. “Vetter Software’s ease of use and reliability really fit our way of doing things and having everything in the cloud was supremely beneficial. We knew that we did not have to worry about servers being damaged, stolen, or lost, which was a relief.”
