This week we take a look at the "history" of an appointment. This often-overlooked feature documents the entire life of an appointment, and can provide useful insight when what happened with an appointment is unclear.
Patterson Veterinary today announced it has chosen our cloud practice management solution to complement its existing practice management offerings and growing suite of technology solutions for veterinary practitioners while providing another convenient access point for online procurement.
“While Patterson Companies offers many cloud-based technologies for the veterinary and dental industries, this exciting offering is a first for the company in the area of cloud-based practice management,” shared Dan Holland, Patterson Veterinary’s director of technology. “Companion-pet practices are seeking increased mobility so finding a comprehensive solution with a partner who shares our values has been a key strategic initiative for this fiscal year.”
“Our partnership combines a shared commitment to customer success with world-class technology and extensive industry expertise. We look forward to working with Patterson to bring our unique offering to clinics around the world,” added Sagi Solomon, chief executive officer and founder of Vetter Software.
In addition to offering Vetter Software’s cloud-based practice management solution, Patterson Veterinary will introduce an integration between the solution and its online procurement platform, eShelf, that will allow the companies’ mutual customers to place electronic orders with Patterson Veterinary directly from their Vetter Software accounts, and to record receipt of those orders with a few clicks. By providing a seamless ordering and receiving process, practices will significantly reduce the amount of time they spend managing inventory while improving control over their inventory spend.
“We are committed to leveraging our history and expertise to help veterinarians run profitable practices more smoothly with smart, efficient technology,” said George Henriques, president of Patterson Veterinary. “This is the first of many new partnerships and acquisitions we plan to make in veterinary technology and we are confident that this partnership is one that positions us for success moving forward.”
