This week we take a closer look at appointment types. When it comes to automating appointment creation and the check-in process, appointment types do a lot of the heavy lifting.
We're always looking for new ways to help our customers be more efficient. To that end, I'm excited to announce our new integration with Stripe, a leading web-based payments processor.
Our integration allows clinics to securely store multiple credit and debit cards one file for each client, then charge to those cards without having to re-enter the card information each time. It also allows for refunding charges directly to the card that was used originally. Finally, our integration with Stripe will allow clinics that use our wellness plans to automatically charge the recurring fees for those plans.
Overall, this is a huge step forward in terms of streamlining and simplifying the process for processing payments. We'll be announcing another exciting enhancement in the coming weeks.
By the way, we still offer an integration with Authorize.net. We updated that integration to include similar features to those that are offered with our Stripe integration.
