This week we revisit online appointment booking and our newest feature which allows for requiring a deposit in order to book an appointment. We'll look at why both are good business practices.
Today we announced that Sundance Veterinary Wellness, a small animal veterinary practice based in Lititz, PA, selected our cloud practice management software to power its new brick-and-mortar practice.
“One of the biggest challenges I expected when transitioning to a brick-and-mortar practice was the added time required for maintaining and operating a facility,” said Dr. Jennifer Burroughs. “However, the efficiency of the software simplified a large aspect of that challenge because all that was required for set-up was Internet access. I simply added my physical address to the settings, plugged in the computer and was ready to do business.”
“One of the most rewarding aspects of what we do is helping our customers be more successful,” said Sagi Solomon, CEO and Founder of Vetter Software. “Using our technology and the expertise that we’ve developed from years of working with clinics of varying sizes and practice areas, we’re able to partner with our customers to deliver solutions that are practical and grounded in best practices.”
Dr. Burroughs first started using Vetter Software’s solution in 2015 to power her mobile practice. “The flexibility of the software helped make the mobile practice a success by allowing freedom to access all aspects of daily operation from any location,” she added.
