Welcome to the tip of the week. This week we take a look at a really easy way to copy email communications into a client's communication history using a feature we call "BCC forwarding."
What is BCC forwarding?
Great question! BCC forwarding is a feature that allows you to "forward" emails directly in a client's communication history without having to copy and paste the message manually.
How does it work?
It's quite simple, actually. We create a custom email address for each of our customers (you can find this email address under "Configurations" in Settings). Whenever you want to copy the contents of an email into your account, simply include this email address in the BCC field of your response to the client, or just forward the message to this email address. From there, the contents and attachments will be copied into the communication log for the client that sent you the message.
In conclusion...
BCC forwarding allows you to quickly and easily capture important communications without having to manually copy the content into a communication record. Enjoy!
